I loved the beautifully kept and well-run hotel.
I stayed here before, always reasonably large and neat rooms with balcony. Well-mannered and competent staff specially mr Bandar Alzahrani the front disc receptionist, gave a few recommendations. The pool area was clean and the location was comfortable, adjacent to the city center as well as greenery.

Location right by Saudi Arabia and greenery and the marina along clean pathways with lush greenery. Fancy room, new-fashioned, with a clean bathroom. Good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Got an excellent, new-fashioned room with all the facilities, balcony, and bathroom. The staff were understanding and welcoming. The hotel is in a particularly good location, just a 5-minute walk from the Red Sea. The surrounding area is green.

Good location, Nice furniture, tight security
Very slow check-in process. Saudi reception staff behaviour with customers was unprfessional. We had a serious problem with path tab wich caused the dirt spread all over the carpet, but upon several complains they moved us to different room.

Reception employee wasn’t descent. We had to carry our luggage ourselves and he didn’t provide any assistance to us.

Convenient location close to King Abdulaziz airport, just a quick 23-minute drive away. I really enjoyed the area, it was nice and comfortable. 🌴

I got to much time for check in and to prepare my room there was no items in the mini bar no more room service at the late night

Impressive sea fronting with a small private beach for guess, relaxing area and yatch docking..

Quiet, away from Town. Beach facility. Friendly Staff at reception. Large territory.
The hotel doesn't seem to be cleaned (Probably due to Ramadan). The dirty dishes with food leftovers which my neighbor placed on the floor has been there for 2 days, and when I left, it was still there....probably till now.
